WESTLAKE VILLAGE — Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara (CSCVVSB) will host its 6th annual Hope Walk on Saturday, June 8.
WHAT: CSCVVSB’s Hope Walk is a family-friendly, community event that promotes awareness and education about cancer while raising critical funds in support of CSCVVSB’s mission to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. Music, health and wellness booths, refreshments, and kids’ activity tables will also be on-site.
WHEN: Saturday, June 8, 2024 – 8:00 a.m.
WHERE: California Lutheran University’s William Rolland Stadium (60 W Olsen Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360).
WHO: Anyone can participate in the 3 mile walk, including a shorter ½ mile walk. Registration is free. Participants can fundraise for CSCVVSB and win exclusive incentive prizes branded by CSCVVSB. People can also opt to walk on their own and join us virtually. Participants can share their photos on social media and tag the @cancersupportvvsb account or send photos to mhale@cancersupportvvsb.org

ABOUT CSCVVSB — Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara (CSCVVSB) is an independently governed and funded non-profit and an affiliate of the Cancer Support Community. Annually, CSCVVSB provides nearly 9,000 service hours to adults and children impacted by cancer with programs throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, and West San Fernando Valley. Programs are at no cost to participants.
