This webinar will provide an overview of SBA programs and services, with an emphasis on SBA’s federal contracting resources! This will be an intro to small business certification programs. Government contracts are a tremendous financial opportunity for small businesses, and the U.S. government is the largest customer in the world. It buys all types of products and services — in both large and small quantities — and it’s required by law to consider buying from small businesses. The SBA has several contracting assistance programs, and federal contracting resources available to assist entrepreneurs. This is a great opportunity to get any questions you may have answered and find out about the multiple resources available to help you on your way to small business success. FISHER PHILLIPS: CAL/OSHA’S “PERMANENT” COVID-19 REGULATION: COMPLIANCE PLAN FOR CALIFORNIA EMPLOYERS

After several years of dealing with the Cal/OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), California employers now face the next phase in workplace regulation dealing with COVID-19: Cal/OSHA’s new “permanent” regulation that will be in effect for the next two years. The new regulation contains many of the same requirements as the ETS, but is streamlined and has some important flexibility as well. Most importantly, the requirement to provide “exclusion pay” is gone. The bottom line is that California employers will need to comply with this new regulation for the next two years. But don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! This webinar will walk you through the new regulation and provide a step-by-step action plan for everything you need to do to comply. Start the new year off on the right foot and make sure you are compliant with the new Cal/OSHA regulation!
