EDC LOAN PROGRAM
New GRANT AND LOAN Funding in the City of Oxnard!
The City of Oxnard and the Economic Development Collaborative are excited to share our new City of Oxnard Grant and Loan Program! This unique combination of grant and loan funding with no-cost individualized consulting helps Oxnard based businesses maintain, grow and benefit during this time of uncertainty. All services will be available in both English and Spanish.
Loans up to $25,000 at 4.25%, PLUS a $5,000 grant!

Business Development Loan Fund
The EDC’s Business Development Loan Fund stimulates job creation and economic activity by providing small businesses with greater access to capital and specialized technical business assistance. This loan fund makes long-term, affordable financing available to new and existing businesses throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Loans range from $10,000 to $250,000. Disaster Bridge Loan Fund
The Economic Development Collaborative understands the risks businesses face and is ready to provide access to capital and specialized, hands-on technical business assistance today through the Disaster Bridge Loan Fund. This loan fund is designed to give a cash flow boost to businesses in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties impacted by reduced sales or lost inventory due to disasters. Child Care Investment Loan Fund
First 5 Ventura County and the Economic Development Collaborative are committed to building more child care and early childhood education capacity in our community through the Child Care Investment Loan Fund. For-profit businesses, nonprofit organizations, school districts, public entities, employers and private developers may take advantage of this below-market funding and no-cost high quality business advising for the development of commercial child care and preschool spaces. City of Camarillo Business Assistance Loan Fund
In partnership with the City of Camarillo, this loan fund is designed to assist business owners in overcoming some of the hurdles to successful entrepreneurship in this challenging time. Through access to non-traditional funding and no-cost business consulting from the EDC’s diverse pool of knowledgeable advisors, business recovery and development is at your fingertips. City of Ventura Business Assistance Loan Fund
Through the EDC, the City of Ventura proudly offers three loan options for small businesses and micro-enterprises in Ventura. Small Business Loans offer low-interest funding designed to create jobs and support the growth of Ventura’s small business community. Commercial Rehabilitation Loans revitalize the city’s older commercial districts of downtown, midtown and Westside areas. Code Compliance Loans support commercial property owners with property maintenance, parking, structural Improvements and more. Loans range from $10,000 to $50,000. For more information CLICK HERE.
