Dear Friend,
It seems that every day sees us waking up to a world that is different to the one we went to bed to. With so much rapid change in our lives, consistency and reliability are islands of respite and renewal. And something I know I can rely upon at this time of the year, are remarkable results from our education programs.Despite all of the challenges posed by school shutdowns and transitions to distance learning models, our K-12 and College Club students have triumphed and have made this a year to remember.

Our grade school students, supported by a cadre of dedicated educators who made sure that not just their minds but that their spirits and bodies were well taken care of, saw end of year results far exceeding their district peers in both math and literacy. Our high school graduates have attained record setting GPAs and are going on to colleges across the country, while our undergraduate and postgraduate students having received their associates, bachelors and master’s degrees are accepting invitations to join some of the best employers in the nation.

As I said to all our graduates recently, the world might seem like a crazy place right now to be starting that next chapter, but each chapter brings its own opportunity. So I’m going to take this opportunity right now to pause, bask vicariously in their success, and know that the next chapter in this ever changing world is in the every capable hands of the next generation.
