As the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) Artist’s Laboratory Artist in Residence Genevieve will discuss her origin story, her artistic practice, and how she has navigated the Los Angeles art scene.This series is free and open to the public. For the month of May artist and MCASB family member Maria Rendón is graciously and generously donating 50% of the proceeds from the sale of her beautiful flora paintings to support MCASB and 50% to Planned Parenthood.
Maria Rendón’s paintings and installations explore themes of transformation, dualities, ritualistic experience and landscape.
