Election Integrity Project California Retains Judicial Watch to Enforce Compliance with Federal Law to Maintain Accurate Voter Rolls – Liberty & Freedom Start With Honest Elections

“… A historic settlement negotiated with LA County to remove 1.5 Million inactive voter registration records. We are encouraged that LA County has begun compliance by mailing 1.6 million cards to registrants on the inactive list!”     EIPCa President Linda Paine
Public presentation to be held Aug. 12 at Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard
OXNARD — Linda Paine, Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa) President announced that she and California legal Counsel will present issues of concern documented during the 2018 elections in California at a public presentation on Monday, August 12, 2019 in Oxnard.  She will also provide an update on the historic lawsuit filed by JW on behalf of EIPCa in 2017 and Settled on January 4, 2019.
EIPCa launched an Inquiry and Analysis of the California 2018 election to further review the election process anomalies and identify what might have caused tens of thousands of California voters to vote with a Provisional ballot because they did to not receive their vote-by-mail ballots.
Ms. Paine formed EIPCA in 2010 to research and document California’s election process. Since then EIPCa has trained 10,000 citizens to observe the process, document anomalies, submit Incident Reports to the EIPCa Board who provide reports to those in positions of authority.
In 2017 EIPCa retained Judicial Watch to file the historic lawsuit on behalf of EIPCa for noncompliance with National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) to maintain accurate voter rolls. The suit was settled on January 4, 2019 requiring Padilla and Logan to remove 3 to 4 million inactive voter registrations statewide (1.5 in LA County alone) who qualify to be removed based on the National Voter Registration Act.
Much more work is in the pipeline! Come hear about it.
Ms. Paine and counsel will talk about the Inquiry and Analysis of the 2018 Elections, EIPCa’s approach, goals and accomplishments and take on questions and suggestions from the news media and the public.
EIPCa is the only CA statewide organization of its kind in the country with the body of research of the voter rolls and documentation of statewide election procedures. EIPCa is 100% donor-funded. Reception/event is sponsored by Point Of View (POV) of Ventura County.
