OXNARD — The 80s Invasion cover band kicks off this year’s Concerts by the Sea, hosted by Channel Islands Harbor through Aug. 31. Performances will be held every Saturday from 4-6 p.m. until Aug. 31 in the free summer concert series held at Peninsula Park, 3401 Peninsula Road, Oxnard at Channel Islands Harbor, next to the Hampton Inn. Free parking is available at the park and along the street. Visitors can enjoy a wide array of musical styles, including jazz, rock, folk, pop, country and blues.

- July 20: Masters of the Past (Rock ‘n Roll)
- July 27: Unkle Monkey (Reggae)
- Aug. 3: Natalie Gelman (Contemporary & Folk)
- Aug. 10: Colette Lovejoy Band (Pop, Rock, Funk, Soul, R&B)
- Aug. 17: In Contempt (Rock, Soul)
- Aug. 24: Ray Jaurique & The Uptown Brothers (R&B, Soul, Blues)
- Aug. 31: Teresa Russell and Tom Buenger (Blues, Rock)
