Buddhist Meditation is an ancient set of teachings, which enables the practitioner to connect body and mind in the moment with utmost loving-kindness to oneself and to the rest of the world.  Mindful and light physical movements are used to bring oneself to the present moment.

Bhante (Reverend) Sutadhara, a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk whose training is based on Insight Meditation, will guide sessions with quiet time to practice the techniques individually in a relaxing setting surrounded by beautiful artwork.
