Understanding Your Grief, a 10 Week Grief Support Group for Widow and Widowers
Starting Wednesday February 6thfrom 5:00 to 6:30 pm
Understanding Your Grief, written by author, educator and grief counselor, Alan D. Wolfelt, PhD is intended to companion the griever on their own unique grief journey. This session will be devoted to those grieving the loss of a partner/spouse. Members will need to purchase materials.
