Oct. 25 — League of Women Voters Announces Forum for the 25th Congressional District

SIMI VALLEY — League of Women Voters of Ventura County (LWVVC), a nonpartisan political organization, will host a forum for Congressional candidates Steve Knight and Katie Hill.  Knight and Hill are vying to represent California’s 25th Congressional District which covers most of Simi Valley.  The District also includes Santa Clarita, Palmdale, Lancaster and other parts of northern Los Angeles County.  The forum is free and and open to the public.

The forum will be held:

Thursday, October 25 at 7:00 PM

  • Simi Valley, CA  93063

Betsy Patterson, president of the League of Women Voters of Ventura County stated, “We congratulate both candidates for agreeing to attend this free forum and answer questions that concern the residents of Simi Valley.  It is vital to democracy that voters have an opportunity to see and hear both candidates side-by-side explaining their views.”
