Oxnard and Port Hueneme Youth Invited to Attend Fun and Exciting Summer Camps

OXNARD — Registrations are now open for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme’s Summer Camp program, where kids can have fun with friends and learn at the same time. The summer program runs June 18 – Aug. 24, and is open to youth ages 6-13.

Club members are invited to participate in age-specific programming during 10 weeks of themed camps which focus on athletics, music, arts, technology and games. Sports Camps for Champs will be offered each week and includes basketball, soccer and flag football.

The cost of participation is $90-$95 dollars a week for day camps.
Early drop off (7 a.m.) and late pick up (6 p.m.) is included with general membership. BGCOP will provide financial assistance to any child that is unable to pay for the camps. Camp programs run 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Day Camps will be held at two locations this summer, the Martin V. Smith Clubhouse, 1900 West 5th Street, Oxnard; and the Port Hueneme Branch, 590 East Pleasant Valley Road, Port Hueneme.

About the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme (BGCOP) is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) youth service organization.
