Peoples’ Self-Help Housing Resident Celebrates 105th Birthday at Creekside Gardens

CENTRAL COAST — Paso Robles resident Vera Maddan celebrated her 105th birthday on December 18 surrounded by about 20 of her family, friends and neighbors at her home, Creekside Gardens Senior Apartments. Creekside Gardens is an affordable housing complex for seniors that is owned by Peoples’ Self-Help Housing and managed by The Duncan Group. Vera, who has been a Creekside Gardens resident since 2010, and her party guests were treated to a pizza lunch and a birthday cheesecake.
