OXNARD — In line with the Oxnard Public Library adult summer reading program where we celebrate those who make our world a more interesting, livable, and beautiful place, we will have an opportunity to take a wonderful docent-led tour on Wednesday, July 26 to learn about and appreciate the architecture and craftsmanship of the 17 Victorian mansions at Heritage Square as well as hear the stories of the people who lived in them. The tour is approximately 45 minutes long, and there will be no cost to those taking the tour through the library.

We will meet at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, July 26 at the Heritage Square Visitor Center at 715 South A Street, across from the water tower, and begin the tour at 1:00. Parking onsite is free and may be accessed on the A Street, B Street, or 8th Street entrance.

Please call Karen at the library at 805-240-7344 and let her know if you are going so she can ensure we have an adequate number of docents and so she can put you on the list for free admission.
