Orientations to be held in January 2017
Ventura County – Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC), the City of Ventura, and Watts Communities at Nortbank, LLC have partnered for the resale of 12 affordable condominiums for low-income households. The 12 affordable condominiums are part of the Enclave community currently being constructed on North Bank Drive in the City of Ventura. The Enclave consists of 91 two-story single family homes nestled among farmland and established residential neighborhoods. The affordable units will consist of 3 or 2 bedroom floorplans and include a kitchen island, second floor interior laundry room, and two-car attached garage. The affordable units will be sold to qualified homebuyers whose income does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The condominiums will be priced below comparable new homes and will be subject to a 45-year resale restriction.
All homebuyers interested in applying for the affordable units are strongly encouraged to attend one of the orientation sessions to learn about the eligibility requirements, the application and selection process, and the 45-year restriction that will be placed on the occupancy of the home and resale. A representative of Watt Communities, the City of Ventura, and VCCDC will be available for questions at the orientations. Orientations will be held in both English and Spanish. Applications will be available at the end of each of the orientations listed below:

Time: 6:00pm (check-in at 5:45pm)
