CAMARILLO — CSU Channel Islands will present the “Farmworker Immersion Project with VC CLUE” from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, April 10.
The project places students in the community learning about farmworker rights and immigration issues. We will visit farmworkers, their families, homes, and visit local farms. Students will work in the field and have a group reflection, organizers reported in a media release.
