Founding Day at La Purísima Mission State Historic Park

The festivities begin with a special noon mass in the mission’s stunning church, followed by a 7 p.m. candle-lit concert, creating a serene and festive atmosphere. After the concert, guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments and connect with others in the beautiful La Sala. This annual celebration offers a peaceful and reflective way to honor the mission’s enduring legacy while soaking in the holiday spirit with the local community.
