VENTURA COUNTY — The United Way of Ventura County is seeking volunteers for its annual “Day of Caring” on Saturday, Sept. 29.
Day of Caring connects hundreds of volunteers to community organizations across Ventura County, the United Way reported in a media release.
It’s a fun, free and easy way for individuals, families and volunteer teams to work together and create lasting change in our communities.
We have projects for everyone! Discover how easy it is to make a difference in lives across Ventura County:
Age 5 years + ? Sort food & serve meals ? Freshen up homeless facilities?Tend a community food garden ? Restore Historical Landmarks ? Lead arts & crafts activities ?And much more!
