Dear Neighbor, Recently, the Counties of Ventura and Los Angeles have experienced devastating flooding and rains impacting the lives of many members of our community and throughout Southern California. REMINDER FOR RESIDENTS OF OXNARD, PORT HUENEME, AND VENTURA SBA has also opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center at the South Oxnard Branch Library. SBA customer service representatives are on hand to answer questions about the disaster loan program, the application process, and help individuals complete their applications.
