CAMARILLO — Three attorneys have joined the Camarillo-based employment law firm LightGabler.

An experienced litigator, Meghan C. Sherry represents businesses in such matters as wage and hour disputes, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, complex multi-party class actions, and harassment, retaliation and disability discrimination cases. Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology, specializing in law enforcement from Fresno State University and her Juris Doctor from Santa Barbara College of Law.
Nicolas W. Tomas assists businesses of all sizes with general liability disputes and handles wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions from inception to resolution. Tomas graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he was a Public Interest Scholar.
Zachary Fletcher joins LightGabler after serving as an employee relations manager at The Walt Disney Company. In his previous role, he was involved in labor negotiations, conducted labor arbitrations, provided guidance in employee disciplinary matters, and conducted workplace investigations. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. Fletcher received his Master of Science in Criminology from San Diego State University with a Master of Science in Criminology and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
