SANTA MARIA — Righetti High School seniors plan to pick up their caps and gowns during a drive-thru celebration on Friday, May 8.
The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in front of the main entrance. Administrators and staff, wearing masks and practicing social distancing, will be there to cheer them on.
“This is a really important part of the graduation process and they all deserve our support,’’ said Principal Karen Rotondi. “This is one of the biggest milestones of their lives. Picking up their caps and gowns makes the fact that are indeed graduating a reality.’’
RHS has 503 graduates.
