The Oxnard CVB won the “Oxnard Trophy” award for its contribution to the local economy.

“Given that the hotel occupancy rates and average daily rates are the highest in Ventura County, our Board of Directors wanted to acknowledge the creative, yet challenging, work the Oxnard CVB does to promote Oxnard,” stated Nancy Lindholm, President & CEO of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce. “The Oxnard Chamber leadership sincerely appreciates all the work the Oxnard Convention & Visitors Bureau produces with their strong marketing efforts which can be measured by the success of our hotels, restaurants and attractions,” she continued. “The tourism industry is an integral part of our local economy,” she added.
