OXNARD — The Youth Apprenticeship Readiness Accelerator (YARA) will present Pre-Apprenticeship Training on Dec. 1 in Oxnard. This is an introductory program to work and train in the construction and building trades for union careers. Free-12 week program is for ages 16-24 years old.
The training includes:
- Introduction to local Earn & Learn opportunity upon completion of pre-apprenticeship
- Pathway to well-paid construction careers In the building trades
- Through modern apprenticeship
- Better Pay with Benefits ? Hands-On Training
- Industry Certifications
