March 21 — VCCDC hosts live webinar for homeowners interested in getting up to $100,000 in mortgage assistance

VENTURA COUNTY — Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC) will be hosting a live webinar for homeowners who are interested in obtaining up to $100,000 in mortgage assistance through the Keep Your Home California (KYHC) Program. The workshop is part of VCCDC’s Lunch & Learn series which are short live webinars taking place during the common lunch hour. This workshop will take place on Wednesday, March 21st from 12:30pm to 1:00pm. To register please go to www.vccdc.org/events and click on the event date. The KYHC program offers several options for homeowners looking to prevent foreclosure including Unemployment Mortgage Assistance, Mortgage Reinstatement, and Principal Reduction.

Clients will be able to hear, see, and interact with VCCDC’s Homeownership Specialists from the comfort of their office or home (or wherever internet is available). “We know that sometimes people cannot make it out to our workshops due to time constraints, lack of transportation, issues with mobility, or other reasons so we hope by offering virtual workshops we can expand the number of people that we help educate” says Bertha Garcia, VCCDC’s Executive Director.
