Are You Worried About Climate Change?

Do You Want to Make a Difference?

Join us at our next Community Environmental Council (CEC) Youth Climate Workshop:

Sustainable Fashion

In this workshop, we’ll focus on the impacts of the fashion industry and what we can do to lighten our footprint. Come meet local experts and enjoy fun activities!

Featured activities include:

  • Mending with artist Eliot Spaulding (bring items in need of repair!)
  • Patching with EcoStiks founder Julie Schneiderman
  • Info session with fast fashion expert and artist Dass Richardson
  • Clothing swap (bring up to five items for the swap!)

CEC Youth Climate Workshops are an opportunity for sixth through twelfth graders to learn from climate experts, meet environmental leaders in our community, and connect with other youth who care about climate change. Each workshop focuses on a different theme and offers ways you can take climate action.
