$100 per person

Don’t miss our biggest party of the year! On Saturday, February 25, join us at the Museum for an exciting evening of art, live music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and much more. All proceeds from the event benefit the Santa Paula Art Museum, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Tickets to the event are $100 per person and include two complimentary drink tickets. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.

Mary Alice Orcutt Henderson

The Honorable Justice Edwin F. Beach

The party will include the presentation of the first annual Mary Alice Orcutt Henderson Visionary Award to the late Honorable Justice Ed Beach (1924-2012) in recognition of his extraordinary vision and support of the Santa Paula Art Museum. Like Henderson, Ed Beach was devoted to Santa Paula, and he was the first person to donate a major gift to the Museum when it was still in the planning stages.

As part of our anniversary celebration, the Museum will also be raffling off an original watercolor painting (pictured above) by famous Santa Paula artist Jessie Arms Botke (1883-1971). Raffle tickets start at $50. While the winner will be announced during our anniversary party, you do not need to be present at the party to win.

We’ve designed this special event around our honoree, Ed Beach. Beach loved jazz music, so one of our favorite local bands, Studio C, will be performing throughout the evening. They’ll be joined by incredible Ojai vocalist Sophie Holt.

Sip on our yummy signature cocktail, “The Judge Knot,” while you take in a special exhibit of paintings by Ed’s close friend and painting partner, Douglas Shively (1896-1991). Browse our silent auction featuring exclusive art experiences, including private painting classes and paint parties at SPAM’s Cole Creativity Center.
