Clinicas del Camino Real Inc. will be distributing toys at its clinics throughout Ventura County through Dec. 21, the health care provider reported Monday in a media release.
For the past four years, during the holiday season, Clincas del Camino Real Inc. has been distributing toys to its pediatric patients. Clinicas’ Toy Giveaway, which has now become an annual tradition, will continue to take place this year at all 13 Clinicas Health Centers, including the newest health center in Moorpark.
This event can be especially meaningful for patients because for many of them, the toy they receive from Clinicas is the only toy they will receive this holiday season. The Clinicas Toy Giveaway offers staff an opportunity to not only thank their patients, but also meet with the families and community members Clinicas serves.
All Clinicas patients, ages 2-10 years, who have attended an appointment at Clincas within the past year are eligible. Patients can receive a voucher from their health center to attend the event. Santa Claus will be distributing the free toys, so bring your camera!
