CalHFA’s California Dream for All homebuyer assistance program is here! This program is a shared appreciation down payment assistance program that provides up to 20% down payment assistance, in the form of a silent second loan, to qualified first time buyers. Join us on Thursday, April 6th at 6pm to learn if this is the right option for you.
