SANTA PAULA — The nonprofit ALMA, a 501(c) offers free Financial Literacy Seminars in English and Spanish to the community on a variety of Financial Literacy topics. The upcoming Seminars will be in Spanish and the Topic will be Social Security and Medicare and will be on Saturday, October 19th at the Santa Paula Blanchard Library at 10:30am.
