CAMARILLO — Camarillo Hospice, A Program of Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association, is offering a six-week Healing Grief through Art Group on Thursday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Group meeting date: May 10
Many of us do not talk about our grief because of the reaction of others. We can find that even people closest to us are unable to empathize because they have not experienced our loss. We seek a way to heal, often relying on time. However, healing is not just about time, it is about heart, mind and spirit. Throughout history, people have used pictures, stories, dance and music as healing rituals. Creative expression can be a powerful healing tool. We hope you will join us in discovering a different way to explore your grief.
Registration Required.
