
VENTURA COUNTY — The Ventura County Elections Division released its Election Observation Schedule, outlining the dates, times, and descriptions of observable activities, for the upcoming June 2nd election.

VENTURA COUNTY — Ahead of every major election cycle, the Ventura County Elections Division hires hundreds of local community members to serve as the temporary elections workers that play a key role in ensuring elections are executed in a safe, secure, and efficient manner. From working at a vote center, verifying signatures, transporting mail ballots, and providing information on the voter assistance hotline, there are many opportunities to get involved with the upcoming June 2, 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election.

Ventura County Elections Division announces the opening of the Nomination Period for the Special Municipal Vacancy Election for City Council Member District 6. Nomination papers for the above office are available beginning November 14, 2022 at the office of the Oxnard City Clerk, 300 West Third Street, 4th Floor, Oxnard, California. The completed nomination papers must be filed with the Oxnard City Clerk’s office no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2022. The nomination will not be extended.
