It is expected from a leader to make decisions continuously, but not any decision. Decisions ought to be right and strategic. Both of these attributes are subjective and varied as time passes. Obviously, more time exposes us to more facts and information which affect the quality of the decision. But time is the element most in demand, especially during crises. In this talk, it is intended to discuss fundamentals of human psychology in respect to decision making, and how to utilize some tools and develop some skills to be able to reach a decision with enough confidence to execute during the crisis and achieve the desired outcome within acceptable range of deviation.
