LOS ANGELES — Rick Najera’s inspirational talk show, Latino Thought Makers, highlighting Latino achievement and diverse voices, is now available on SoundCloud, the world’s leading social sound platform at www.soundcloud.com/latinothoughtmakers.

Latino Thought Makers is an insightful interview series hosted by an award-winning TV, film and sketch comedy writer, performer, author, speaker and comedian, Rick Najera, who created the show to change the narrative about Latinos in America and to bring positive, motivational and diverse stories to life. Originating as a live, interactive stage series more than five years ago, the show has expanded to include a podcast series, as well as a video component on YouTube, significantly extending its reach.

“All of my life, I have celebrated diversity, inclusion and Latinos,” said Rick Najera. “These interviews highlight people who are enriching all of our worlds. This is a celebration of all people, for all people.”

Najera has interviewed hundreds of prominent, high-achieving Latinos through this platform including award-winning actor and friend Edward James Olmos, legendary activist Dolores Huerta, comedian Cheech Marin, Danny Trejo, Lisa Vidal, Luis Guzman, Esai Morales, Emilio Riviera, Rosario Marin, Julissa Arce, Alanna Ubach, and others including actors, writers, directors, musicians, scientists, singers, founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and more. The show has also garnered national media acclaim.

“This type of show allows for students, professionals and diverse audiences to see and hear Latino roles models and encourages them to become achievers and thought makers themselves,” says Najera. “I believe Latinos are the solution, not the problem.”

Executive producer Ruben Maciel said, “I look for projects that entertain, build community and inspire. Latino Thought Makers is the perfect example.” Those wanting to add Latino Thought Makers to their radio platform, to book the live show, or for sponsorships and partner marketing, contact ruben@slgroupla.com.
