The Marjorie Luke is extremely excited to welcome Karen Baltzley as their new full-time House Manager & Administrative Assistant! She will be taking over for our wonderful Giovanna Davila as she returns to UCSB to pursue her Master’s at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management.

Karen was born in Shawnee, Kansas and spent most of her life in Kansas City. She went to Drury University and studied Theater, Arts Administration, and Stage Management. She graduated in 2016 and moved to Santa Barbara last August with hopes of joining a thriving theater community! She is so excited to join the Luke family!

Gustafson Dance presents their students ages 3-12 from their Summer Dance Camp. They will perform a charming children’s version of this classic musical and the students themselves have helped with the costumes and stage sets.

Harmony Celebration

The barbershop show of the year is coming to Santa Barbara this September! Pacific Soundis bringing the brand new 2017 International Gold Medalist Quartet Main Street, and the award-winning Carpe Diem Chorus to entertain us on the West Coast. They will be bringing their masterful harmony and hilarious comedy to the Luke for two exciting shows.
