This week at CAM

Dear CAM Friends,

The week of Thanksgiving has many traditions.  At the Carnegie,  like the falling leaves of the season, the holiday signals the time to sadly usher out Linda Arreola’s career break through exhibit, The Avalanche and The Silence. Even as we will miss the cool presence of her paintings’ layered, contemporary modern-ist and minimalist vibes, we are looking with anticipation to installing and sharing with you a new exhibit of remarkable, often streetwise portrait photography.

Moving into the busy holiday season, we hope you will mark your calendar and join us for the opening reception for this upcoming exhibit Expressions of Life: Ricardo Palavecino on December 9th.

From all of us at the Carnegie Art Museum, thank you so much for your support and enthusiasm throughout the year. Happy Thanksgiving!
